DELIVERY

Orders placed before 5pm are posted the next working day. We post orders via courier. We use a handful of diferent reputable couriers and you will recieve a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time is dependant upon the courier used, however your order will take approximately 3-4 days from the day it is dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier handling or for incorectly entered customer addresses.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 days return period for unworn/unused goods. If you’d like to return an order, pleae email us at sports@teampioneer.co.uk with your order number. The customer is to fund the return postage and is responsible for the good being received by us; the customer is not entitled to reimbursement on the original postage charge.
